During this course you will learn how to assess radiographs (X-rays) for quality and provide commentary upon possible injury or disease. You will develop your practical knowledge and skills from day one in our simulation suites, which include a radiographic imaging suite, operating theatre and wards, so that you have the experience and confidence to become an integral part of a multi-professional team. The innovative curriculum enhances both employability and postgraduate skills helping to challenge and develop you at every point.
We are renowned for expertise in advanced areas of diagnostic radiography, clinical reporting and ultrasound imaging and were the first higher education institution to offer postgraduate courses in Clinical Reporting for radiographers. When you graduate, you’ll be eligible to register as a diagnostic radiographer with the HCPC.
