We adhere to the Agent Quality Framework (AQF) principles outlined in the National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents and in the requirements for UK education providers registered as licensed student sponsors. This commitment is reflected in our formal agreements with providers and in our ongoing cooperation to support compliance with UKVI Student Sponsor Licence obligations.
All counsellors working with UK-bound students will complete the British Councilâs UK agent and counsellor training and obtain individual certification confirming their knowledge of the UK as a study destination.
We will also follow the Good Practice Guide for UK Education Agents â Partnering for Quality to implement recognised sector best practices, and we will provide students with the Student and Parent Guide to Choosing an Education Agent to promote transparency and informed choice.
